Terms of Booking:

If paying by BACS payment must be made before the appointment or in the salon.

If you are booked in for a colour service (excluding bleach or foils) eyelash extensions, lash lift, defined brow or lash or brow tint a patch test will be required 24 hours before the appointment.

If your appointment is more than £40 a £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

24 hours notice is required to cancel the appointment, failure to do so could result in the full appointment being charged.

For tints, lash extensions and lash lift a patch test is required 24 hrs before treatment.
